Suggestion Format

1. State your suggestion, providing as much detail as possible. 
I have a suggestion that there could be a specific place for recent applications and welcome messages, instead of the 'today's posts' section. Maybe a filter system where they can be visible or invisible to a person if possible... so that supports and higher ranks can see the applications, and the lower ranks e.g. members and scouts can choose to be able to see them?

2. Provide the possible benefits of your suggestion.

the benefits are that navigation for recent posts is more convenient to get to ... I do not wanna come across as whining but i recently went to today's posts and there was a whole page filled with applications and welcome threads, and no other posts at all. making maybe a filter system for these posts that separates welcome/application posts from normal posts would be very beneficial to people that would like to get started in viewing posts that are, for example, gaming related, other than a bombardment of welcome posts.
