Optimal settings

Hey! Is anyone else missing a lot of their shots in Apex? I have been and I've lowered and raised my sens but I can't find the optimal point. I play on 400DPI and in other games I normally play on lower sens. Can anyone give me an optimal mouse sens? Thanks a lot!
