So me and @"Eris" came up with ideas about new roles. SmG Guard and SmG Dominator

So basically the Guard role will only watch over chats and vcs on the discord server. That way if a mod or support is not online they can either mute/ban if the user is acting up. But guard will take more trust and it will take a different sign up thread then just going to the thread for staff that exists now. 

Then Dominator will be a role you get for 500 posts and 50 refs. This will be more of a role to show off that you are on top of everyone and will help you become a guard. Dominator could be Neon Yellow so it will kind of shine and I think it will look pretty cool with the Blazing Award effect.

These are ideas that me and @"Eris" came up with cause we think it will be a good addition to the Server
