Starting to stream (SmG related!)

I'm thinking about starting to stream for "SmG" so i'd advertise SmG on my channel. I will get my channel ready for streaming and well all kinds of stuff ready on the channel. Streaming software is Streamlabs.

Things i need to solve:

SmG Logo for stream (overlay kind of logo)
Youtube or Twitch? Or something else?
720p 60fps or 1080p 30fps?

More questions. What should i play? And with you guys or singleplayer game?

Minecraft? Modded? Vanilla? Server?

Cs:Go?

Something else?
