Ignore Kermit they big dumb. For a PC that can run high end PCs that don't cost over 1k and can play at high settings I'd advise at the least.
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: RTX 2060
Motherboard: b450 (doesn't matter what model)
PSU: EVGA 600w Bronze+ Rating
Case: Whatever you like that isn't less than $80 tbh (I prefer NZXT cases)
RAM: 16GB DDR4 3000Mhz (Once again doesn't matter but I'd recommend Corsair Vengeance or G SkillZ RGB Ram)
OS: Buy one off of ebay for like $5 (windows 10)
Watercooling: Not needed but if you want take a coolermaster RGB M420L because you're wasting money anyways
HDD: 1-2TB WD depends on how much anime girls you want on a hard drive
SSD: 500gb Kingston or Samsung you honestly wont use much.
