This was interesting to read about, I feel sorry for the trouble that you had to go through with this student. I must ask, and I do apologize for my ignorance, does your campus have any type of enforcement present, law or privately owned by the school? I ask because it seems to me like this student gets away with a lot of abhorrent behavior with no deterrent present.
