Okay, I think about it, staff need their own recognition. I think staff of the semester is a good idea. Same rule as member of the month but 3 months instead of 1. The colour could be super nice because this is a hard price to earn. Like people could vote for the staff the most active / the most fast in action to something like that. Staff can't be members of the month so they need another type of "competition". So yeah that's my idea. I really hope it's gonna work. You guys need more appreciation.
