As i was trying to get referrals for scout rank, i often found that people are scared of the link. This lead me to the idea of having a referral code instead of a link. I know what you are thinking, we already have our codes ands they are the last numbers of our profile link. However, when someone is going to dm a person who is unregistered, they could give the code to type into the register or apply forum. No links = No potential hacks. This solves the issue for both the referrer and the person registering. We wouldn't have to get rid of the link but we would potentially just add the code. This will allow people who are scared of the link to just use your code.
