There was some Americans who joined my voice channel and were aggressively shouting and swearing towards me for approximately twenty minutes. In response, I retaliated by swearing and being toxic towards them.

7. Why should you be unbanned?: Please state why you think you should be un-banned providing as much evidence as possible.
It was in the heat of the moment and the other party aggravated me. This led me to therefore lash out and lose my patience. It won't happen again and I am sorry for any inconveniences I have caused.
