So, factually I would have 90% of these "awards" rep is a terrible thing to give awards for because what if someone takes some rep away just cause you got 100 to make it 99.

Also, isn't member of the month basically for popularity so it is almost exactly the same as the rep thing.

That being said the system works just fine.

Also, Nukem is right forum spam is bad enough as it is.

PS. I want a 10 year award but that really is just about it.

Good point about the Rep, but would it really matter? it's similar to getting Gold in League or Plat in Overwatch, applying for the award and then dropping into a lower division. If you've got the required amount of rep for the award, you get given the award and if you drop rep it shouldn't be an issue (Unless you dropped rep for a serious reason, then maybe it could be removed)

I agree 100% on the poster awards, it would create more interactions on the forums but it'd just bring a ton of shit posting which just ruins it.
Same with the thread poster award too, i could just imagine floods and floods of new shitty threads flowing through general chat like "what colour is your pet" 

A 10 year award would be nice though , for loyal nerds like you Mr mozzarella ball
