International Chat Channel

hello, I am wondering if we can get a international chat. For people from different countries that prefer speaking in their own language. And i think more people will join due to this. People who are from other countries.

And yes ik rule 6. Keep chat in english. But I am just suggesting a channel for other languages besides English.
