This has been suggested many times and it is not going to happen as it would be too difficult to moderate.
We did try it once with Spanish and it failed to bring in extra membership and caused nothing but drama.

There are many discords out there for other languages.

Don't piss off old people.

The older we get the less "life in prison" is a deterrent.
