Close giveaways

I would suggest that it is best to lock giveaway threads after the giveaway has occurred and is completed.

This would prevent necro posting on threads that are no longer relevant.
When these threads are posted on then they get highlighted and members think they are current distracting from threads that really are current.

Don't piss off old people.

The older we get the less "life in prison" is a deterrent.
