So, Pancakes. I've seen lots of people from the west talk about pancakes. I always wanted to try that. So, I googled the recipe for pancakes and asked my mom if she could prepare that. And to my surprise, it was one of our regular breakfasts, we just called it "appam" instead of "pancakes".
