Can you install a graphics card in a laptop?

Well I was thinking of getting and using this card : <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Gigabyte+Technology+-+HD+Experience+NVIDIA+GeForce+GT+440+1GB+DDR3+PCI+Express+2.0+Graphics+Card/3353791.p?id=1218397377797&skuId=3353791&st=NVIDIA%20440&cp=1&lp=3">http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Gigabyte+Te ... &cp=1&lp=3</a><!-- m -->
on my HP laptop ( can't use our desktop, cuz me mum won't let me).
I've talked to Mystic about ti, and he said it is really hard to do, but idk, I can at least try, since my games re usually laggy because of my current GPU
Btw I own a HP Pavilion dv4-1117nr Entertainment Notebook PC <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/product?cc=ca&lc=en&dlc=en&product=3806991">http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/prod ... ct=3806991</a><!-- m -->
:/
