Currently, 

The max stack per slot for a Medical syringe is 25, this gives a total of:

375 INSTANT health per stack + an additional 500 healing over time.

The max stack per slot for a Large medkit is 25, this gives a total of:

250 INSTANT health per stack + an additional 2500 healing over time. (These can also be put on instantly with no delay of injecting yourself)

In the normal vanilla version of the game, the max stack of medical syringes per slot is 2 & the max stack of Large medkits per slot is 1.

I'd suggest dropping the max stack size of syringes down to 10 or 5 & dropping the max stack size of large medkits down to 2/3
