Nothing to do with Halo at all but the topic subject says it all.
I decided to take the challenge and try to do this as I haven't been exercising enough lately.
I am sure that quite a few of you don't either.
This is a strength building exercise and a challenge. Feel free to try it for yourself or not.
It is very difficult the first time you try it especially if you are like me and a bit lazy but it doesn't take much time and best of all it needs no equipment and it's free.
It might take me more than the allotted time but I have already doubled the number of pushups I can do and I am only in the second week stage.
Don't piss off old people.
The older we get the less "life in prison" is a deterrent.
