If we're gonna be serious, I think Valorant is better because it updates more frequently and seems to respond more to player feedback than Mihoyo, who does literally whatever it wants and is making many people very unhappy. Valorant is a much more toxic and draining game though. Personally, I prefer Genshin because I can relax and turn off my brain while playing it, whereas I burn 1000lbs in pure sweat while I play Valorant. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk
