So, I recently reinstalled GTA V out of boredom and after installing it, I didn't play it for like almost a month. And one day I tried to play it without an internet connection, and the game said it needed an internet connection to initialise it. After this attempt, I launched the game with an internet connection and I kept on getting stuck at the loading screen of rockstar games launcher. I believe that trying to launch the game without an internet connection in the beginning was the root cause of this problem. I went on the internet to look for fixes and none of them worked. 

And yesterday, I finally found a fix. 

1) Restart your computer
2) Go to documents
3) Delete the folder called "Rockstar Games" 

and you're done.

Did anyone else get stuck at the loading screen like me? Lmk such experiences on other games as well.

mine was running smoothly though.
