it's a third-party discord client that allows for you to use javascript plugins to get more "features", such as viewing deleted messages without the use of bots, viewing user permissions from user poputs, turning user/stream volume up past 200%, etc. It's extremely convenient, but it's also against discord's TOS. And as such, can get you banned from the platform altogether just by using it.
