If you would like to upgrade to Windows 11 here is a bypass script made by a credible source if one does not work use the other one. There will be 2 batch files 1 will say Dynamic Update v1 and Dynamic Update v2.

1. Download Windows 11 ISO directly from Microsoft

2. Mount your image on your flash drive, optical drive or virtual optical drive

3. Run batch file v1 as admin then prompt will be green and close run windows 11 setup if you get error close setup and try batch file v2 then run setup again.

4. Finish installing Windows 11 on your Legacy/UEFI PC!
