Cant launch the game,“An error has occurred while launching the game”

Every time I try to launch the game it says an error has occurred while launching the game.
I just started yesterday and I did have this problem then too but it seemed random like 1 out of 3 tried it would launch but today I cant launch at all, any ideas?
