What think you do gives you inner peace?


I get inner peace by spending time with nature and meditation and usually every night before sleep (under the blanket). I take a deep breath and think about myself, about my loved one's (Especially my friend whom I didn't met her since 2015).

I really miss her, I started crying and then I said to me "its ok" one day you will meet her. This gives me inner peace.
