xBox and PC versions, same servers?

Do xBox and PC Black Ops 2 players play on the same servers?

If so, rain Chaos23 (my daughter) wants to add friends who play halo 4 and Black Ops 2.
She has the xBox but not the PC version.

Don't piss off old people.

The older we get the less "life in prison" is a deterrent.
