You're 900% wrong. It is not illegal to post pornographic content to a website without having a ToS which requires it's users to be 18+, nor is it illegal to intentionally distribute pornographic material to minors.

Let's break it down. Cloud's servers are hosted in the United States, so they abide by United States laws, even for people from other countries. The two laws you must be referring to are COPA and CIPA, but the COPA itself was struck down in March 2007, and CIPA only applies to institutions which receive federal funding (i.e. Library's and Pubic Schools).

Since it is not illegal, posting porn doesn't violate SmG's rules as there is no rules banning explicit images themselves per se. We've been nice enough to put them in spoilers and by now anyone who could be offended by it knows what's going on in this topic. Sorry Spy, looks like I win again.
