that's not stutter step with attack move click is not clicking on minions/champs...it's clicking on the floor then the machine will automaticly prioritize champs/low minions in range/minions in range. If you are not where you used attack move click you will move to that position. Basically sutter step is the alternation between attack move and move, to attack faster.

yeah but if you dont choose a target, it will randomly select the closest minion/champ
