Yes he's right a minimum of 3 Mbps is really necessary, 2Mbps would be Okay. -1 Mbps is really bad to host a dedicated server. ( U have to keep your computer on 24/24 by the way )

yup! I can download stuff faster now. but incase you haven't noticed my upload speed has decreased :(

I had an upload speed of 0.2 and I was hosting a full 16 man server for about 8 hours.
Mainly noob stuff like Rocket CTF, Random SWAT...

The noobs loved it. Short action filled game.
Only maps like Stronghold, Octagon and Mine: Trirate :P
