Navigation is so much easier when you have the Android buttons. I'm just not a fan of gestures at all (but even Android's consistent back gesture is better than the mixed bag on iOS).
I'd also say Android beats iOS on notifications, multitasking, autocorrect, clipboard, widgets, browser, launcher/home screen, and refunding apps.
