It's Halo 2 for Windows Vista ...
7 is based of Longhorn, same as Vista, so the OS is rather similar, but 7 is a lot better.
The game wasn't designed for 7, it works without any problems for most people, but some unlucky people have to do work arounds.

View the files on the DVD and run the Startup.exe it will install it.
