Massive VU and Skill update to Yi. Basically nerf to AP Yi (Once and for all), and a huge buff to AD Yi. All skins get reworked. Confirmed that it would not be in 3.9 patch

Yeap, zhonyas is broken, it's the base for glitches. U can use zhonyas to get infinite q's on Garen which means infinite speed. I ueard it works with everyone that has a sort of speed buff. Maybe eve, or hecarim.
