i get wat u mean but there is no standard way of playing...some ppl are just better than others, so logically some recruters will be better than others. Like nuke said, if ur in the clan, ur already good enough to be a recruter...u just need the rite attitude and gain trust within the clan for the job!

In my opinion, there should be a regulation to it, sometimes been in the clan isnt enough, recruiters should be above the players that they are recruiting, if the recruiter is very good and gets beated, theres no point in failing him on the tryout, but if the player doesnt beats the recruiter, its up to the recruiter decide his admision according of what he did good and what he did bad. and thats what im refering about, skill and knowledge to qualify people.

u win = ur most likely gonna be in the clan
u lose = decision up to the recruter
