You see. The armies can only protected countries by huge attacks like invasions. But they can't with small attacks like these. With only two people doing it. The only way is to have agencies like the FBI to do these things. But still it's hard to know who's good or bad.

there isn't a perfect crime and to be humble and IMO, they got a pretty good plan...there were more bombs than the ones that exploded, not too big to attract the attention and combined powerfull enough to create caos and make serious damages, add to that they were just 2 guys by themselves so, if they are new to this "Profession", they did good.
