He needs a relaunch. Poppy too. They should stick with the idea of him being an anticarry and not a traditional adc though.

Poppy is a late game team fight champion with no early game whatsoever. Her ult is fine, but other than that a new kit could go a long ways to making her actually viable.

It's sort of the same idea with Urgot too. Their concepts and the niche they fill is perfectly fine, but they need new kits if they actually want to be able to fill those roles these days.
