nah i didnt play that much ranked last season, and judging from lolking, we both roughly have the same amount of ranked yoloq games played this season (you have a bit more); but ur still in bronze ;_;
Also, dont blame ur skill on "oh i dont care much" and "i wasnt trying" as we all know that you're bluffing and if we were to retrieve the chat logs of the games you lost. the rage would be real. (Y U FEED OMFG, GG DIS BOT LANE 2 GUD, THESE FEEDERS FF PLS etc) Obviously with that mentality you wont improve nor carry games as you always blame others and believe that you have no flaw yourself. I wouldnt want to say this but i could coin you as the typical "bronze player". :p
You also cant count normal wins as a judgement indicator on how much you improved, as i've seen plenty of low bronze players with 2k+ normal wins lmfao (you get matched against ppl with the same skill cap as you)

Ray, you have time. I don't. You literally get on league whenever you can and play as long as you want. Me in the other hand can only play about 2 matches and only in the weekends, and when i get lucky maybe I can play at least once in the weekdays. But you in the other hand can play as long as you like. You make gaming your life. I don't. So if I only have a limited time to play league, that means I want the match I play to be a win. I only rage when somebody feeds, gives up, or trolls (typical bronze). Because they waste my time.
Ray right now I'm caring. Last season my only shot was the prov. matches and I blew it and after that I didn't care much and it ain't a bluff. I knew I wouldn't get to silver because I knew that I wouldn't have the time to get there. Every single time I duo with Unreal in ranked (when he was Silver 1) we always win. We duoed like six times together in ranked and I can't remember the last time we ever lost a match. I had to face high elo silvers, gold, or even plats. We won not because Unreal carried me, we won mostly because everybody was playing their part well and they don't give up. I only played ranked last season for experience purposes.
I'm not using amount of wins to show how much skill somebody has, I'm using it to show how much time somebody has. If I have the same amount of time that you have, for sure I can get to gold. That's a big no brainer for me. Ray, my skill come from playing and watching commentaries and every single day I watch streams or look at pro clips. I've seen the lvl of skill from bronze to challengers and I know which category I fit into so I don't need somebody else to tell me where I should be at. Mostly from somebody whose judging a book by it's cover.

@ Alloy
Did you not read my last post? Time does not have a direct correlation to do with skill. I've also mentioned I've MAINLY played normal games last season and only played a ranked game a month to prevent elo decay. Watching LCS doesn't automatically mean you can justify what category you belong to. You only see the decision making these people make at a high tier and not at a tier which you can implement such action into. What good does that do if you cant even carry games yourself. The whole part of getting out of bronze is gaining the insight to CARRY a game. Sure you might not lose lane and go even but that's how this ladder works. You need to do the work for others. Regurgitating on what i said in my last post; we played the SAME amount of ranked games (last and this season) and like you said, if you had more time than you could be gold, but alas; you're missing out the part that I could be in an even higher tier if i were to consider your "more time spent on league so i will be in a higher tier" logic.

I ain't gonna waste my time writing 3-4 paragraphs so I'mma put this straight forward. More matches played = more experience. People with high skills mostly have a lot of experience. Time = experience. So time does have a correlation with skill, but I agree it isn't direct. Watching pro clips teaches you and makes you a better player, that's why sports people watch old film, so they can get better and learn new strategies and techniques. Don't say I can't carry games when I've been doing that most of the time, went from b4 to b1 in 3-4 days by just carrying as well as helping others. I'm not going to bother and look at this topic again so if you're going to crap talk to me back I ain't even going to read it. I know where I should be and I'm heading there. Nuff said.
