Thanks for the replies, here are the specs for my first day.
Here is what I had for BREAKFAST:
12 pancakes (spread peanut butter on 3 of them for flavoring)
hard-boiled egg (batch was burnt, so I only ate one)
a Fiji apple
an a bottle of water (so I don't die by pancakes)
TOTAL: 1080 cal. 26 proteins.
LUNCH:
Mcdonalds #6
Artisan Burger
Medium Fries
Caramel Mocha (They gave me a cappuccino for some reason, idk)
TOTAL 1020 cal. 59 proteins
I don't want to scarf 12 pancakes every morning so that's probably going to change, but what do you think?
I still need 110 proteins before today ends, any suggestions? I'm not in the mood for protein shakes though
