I'm about to take 2 exams, and I always second guess myself.  Idk how to stop doing that, what do yall do to stop second guessing?

I just stopped caring at some point
I don't need a perfect score nor does it make my life easier so I said to myself why bother myself with something I won't even remember when I'm graduated?
And suddenly anxiety was no more

I barely get anxiety and I feel bad for those get anxiety. Must be a terrible experience.

When I take an exam, I have a "get it over with" mindset. I just want to do the exam so I do not have to think about it, but what really gets me are grades. I am grade conscious and get anxious over what grade I am getting or really despair when I get a bad grade, and its worse that exam anxiety.
