Done with GIMP 2. Its been along time lol. With the text I should've lowered the opacity a bit. too late now, I already uploaded to photobucket :/

The font style works great with the whole sig. But the font should be sharper. Easy to do. Also affects to the character would make it pop out well with the backgound.

Naw man, the point was for the font to blend with the lights, the sharpness is good imo. The transparency is the problem, the fractals are in front of the text but you cant tell because the opacity difference is too large, it makes it seem as though the text was just plastered on. Ill have to go back and lower the opacity on the original XCF and then export it to PNG again.

Also looking at it over the base background layer had its hue too bright, the sort of snake skin pattern is too easily visible, epspecially if you look for it.
