Just got they greyed out screen again during team select and got an error message saying the client had crashed. Oddly enough I didn't get a penalty for dodging.

apparently it happens if someone dodges queue

Stupid firewall crap. Changing connection to another router causes the issue.

Also along a similar note it seems the queue are bugged. If someone dodges or is inactive or declines a queue and you are in queue with others it seems to split up your group when you are returned to queue
