Sony Vegas (problems with it)

I'm going to post my problems for sony vegas if you guys can help me.
So today I imported a clip from fraps movies folder and when I imported it the graphics looked really bad, is this supposed to happen?
I'll have some more problems up soon :P

It could be your GPU...it's weird, try with another clip and see if the problem persist.

Same problem, I think it happens to make the clip and editing go a little faster, it might be the same after rendering it.
