^why can't we just update when we want to? Why do we HAVE to let xbox do it for us, with no choice.
Its because they aren't just updating games. They are making sure people dont hack their shit (which is a good thing btw, no matter what the system), and to collect information from the always online Kinect camera. That way they can sell it to third party ad companies, just like google is doing with your googled shit with a google account, and Apple is doing with the info from there "collection" from your iphones that are supposedly for "improving apple products". Its allllll in the EULA's and the TaC's. If you dont think microsoft is gonna do it your crazy.
