Well, I use to record Halo, Xfire. I used to use Fraps, but the videos are too heavy.

And when I used Fraps, ascended the videos to Youtube, and one damn lingered forever to upload, but with xfire, a video from 500 Mb up in less than five minutes, but record it with Fraps, and then upload it to Youtube takes too long, and consumes many data.


Nero told me to use Fraps because xfire has very poor picture quality, but I answered above.


I am told that unzip the videos, but even so it would take a long in Up as the upload speed of my internet is 1.04 Mbps and this is too slow because here in Colombia only Inernet are 3 Host, and Medellin is my nearest provider, this city is a 211.98 km in a straight line and 328 Km Road

I could use Camstasia Studio, puts the game slow, and serves no ass.


So I need the help of SmG computer geniuses to help me solve this problem.

I dont think there is any way around it. Xfire quality is reaaaally bad. Id suggest using fraps, its much lighter than camstasia, ive used both, dont bother with camstasia. Fraps is honestly the best choice. When uploading, try not using the internet while you do. Upload when you go to sleep, dont have any other programs running that require an internet connection besides the browser on youtube. Other than that man, im not sure there is anything you can do.

Here's a suggestion. When you finish recording your video with fraps. Open Movie maker. Then from there you go to save movie and then for computer and choose your destination. Then save that and the loading/process will take some time. Then go to where you saved that video and you can see that the size of the video is smaller.

^why is it smaller? Is the file extension changed? If so, couldn't you do that by renaming it through the file properties?

yep...lol...not winzip. You need to google ... how to go from fraps to youtube.

Tons of tutorials...there are free apps to accomplish this...or there may be some

I don't think renaming it through the property will work.
For instance. I did this many times. Before I went trough the steps I gave. My video took up 8 gb of space. After I did all the steps I gave, my video size was around 500 mb.
