So I downloaded HCE on toshiba and it gives me a fatal error when I running saying : A problem occured intialising DirectDraw. Please run Dxdiag.

Then for Xfire it says : Application has failed to start because MSVCP100.dll was not found. Re-install may fix this problem (It didn't). Fixed

For LoL it says : Could not load Direct 3d

In the end: I installed DirectX 9.0c (I'm on win xp) and still no dice. Any help is appreciated.... This computer is shit...

Click on Start \ Run and type in “dxdiag” and click OK. Then screen capture what the first screen shows.
Use the "PrtScn" button, then open paint, Ctrl+V then save that file

And how would that help Cookie? What I would suggest is installing those mxcstrings (something like that), or ask Facundo for a portable version. If that doesn't work then I suggest system restore, your computer should've come with those file extensions.

Download a MSVCP100.dll and paste it into your C:\Windows\system32 folder

Somewhere in DxDiag, not sure where in XP, it'll have a list of DirectX Features, check to see if it says DirectDraw Acceleration is disabled.
