    Ray did you pirate your game :p you need to have a real game updated to 1.09. However I can get it working for you if you really want??

    What do you mean set his refresh rate to 75? Monitors have varying refresh rates, in some you can set it to 120Hz. Most laptops support 60 Hz only.
