Ya its saying some java script missing after downloading and installing that file

Could be 3 things. You could have either an unsupported graphics card, your gfx card drivers are out of date, or you are not running the the latest version of java.

If everything is supported try updating to the latest Java 7 and see if your drivers on your graphics card are up to date.
