On the HPC servers you are not glitching as there are teleporters to take you to those places, that means that every player has the ability to go there.
On the HCE servers the players have to cheat to get there so they deserve a ban.

If they do the glitches on HPC that are illegal on those servers then they will be banned there too.

No it is not illegal if you are transported there, it is illegal if you forced your way into the stone.

Note: most of the stones can be entered by jumping on top of them.

No, no es ilegal si se siente transportado allí, es ilegal si se ve obligado a su manera en la piedra.
