Yea.. I bought 2 games and now steam is not accepting my money... I wanted to buy 2 more games but It is deciding to piss all over me and not allow me to buy them giving me a message saying "an unexpected error has occurred..."
I doubt any of you guys can help me.. If you can that would be great..

Spoiler Alert: You never did a barrel roll in Starfox.
Try putting the money into your Steam Wallet then buying the games? Maybe the servers were lagging at the time you were trying to buy. I find with Steam Wallet funds the payments go through faster.

I have been doing some research, and I believe the problem is that steam locked my account... I bought 2 games, (half life 2, gunpoint) and steam finds me suspicious and locks my account... I contacted steam support... >.>
