Pros film in their garages.

We studied something like this in Health class. What happens is that first, stupid rules. People arrested for no shitty big reason. Second, mental health. Now what's mind blowing is that. We had lot's of facilities that took care of mental health. But soon the govt stop supporting them now we have live hardly any left. When someone goes to jail. Those with these mental problems will more likely to go out of jail. And weeks later get himself in trouble and goes to prison again.

Let's take the tax money from Afghanistan (which we are going to leave) and into facilities that will actually do something. How 'bout it? Plus we spend so much in prisons. If we spend more on these facilities which cost less. We save money by spending something less like facilities for metal health and less on prison because there less population in them.
