how do i get eevee to evolve into an umbreon ?

Well in normal Pokémon, you have to get Eevee to be very happy and then level him up. To get Umbreon, you have to level him up during the night (6 PM - 4 AM).
I'm not sure if that works in the MMO, but it's what works with all other Pokémon games.

Just give it a shitload of haircuts, berries, and the such.
Also keep it with high HP and first on your team.

Better yet, if it is level one spam potions on it for a good 5-10 minutes to be safe, because even if it says it will not work, it counts as using an item on the pokemon, therefore increasing happiness and you can level it up once and have a level 2 umbreon. Must evolve between 8pm and 4am.
What's wrong? Why not shoot? Your opponent is just a schoolboy. Or have you finally realized...the only ones who should kill are those who are prepared to be killed!
