@ Pulse, Batman can make his suit out of lead :P . If they are doing a legit 1v1 fight, they would make the preperations they need to prepare that fight, which will go in Batman's advantage. The periodic table's elments in the Superman and Batman's era (more updated and advanced) is way different in our present era. I mean come on, they had to fight bad guys that use magical powers. And of course we have to use "movie" knowledge, if Batman and Superman were real, then you would use senseble knowledge of this present time. It isn't impossible to make kryptonite, it's just nobody has discovered how to make it yet. In addition, if it saps Superman's powers, then it is whole different level of chemistry, beyond radioactivity.

Why are we even discussing the outcome based on the "movie" knowledge? The characters are portrayed as they are by the screenwriters and authors of the comic and we cant change the fact that batman is extremely op. However in reality superman would win as the current technology and understanding of science is too low compared to the comic. so basically
