Could we please get the inactive M# servers such as M4 and M2 either changed ownership or get them removed because it would be fun to play them but they need (in my opinion) to be revamped and refreshed so we can get more players

Custom maps are generally as a rule less popular than the standard maps. Slayer games are also less popular than CTF games. Those maps and gametypes are there for variety.
We monitor how popular the servers are with gametracker so we do update when servers are not popular enough.

it may be just my time zone but whenever im online M1 rarely has more than 8 players and M2, M3, M4 are all empty or i am unable to find them

wondering if M4 could be up a little more it was a great map

All our servers are on 24/7 but they do change versions from HCE 1.09 to 1.00 and back again every 20 seconds.
If you have hac2 then they will appear regardless of which version they are currently in.
Otherwise get the version changer so you can see the servers in either version.
